Peanut Butter 1/2 frozen banana 1/2 c whole milk 1 scoop vanilla or chocolate protein powder 2T PBfit/PB2/favorite nut butter 2T ground flaxseed 4 ice cubes Greens 2 cups baby greens, packed 1/2 frozen banana 1 scoop vanilla protein powder 2T ground flaxseed 1/2 c whole milk 4 ice cubes Berry Kiwi 1 kiwi, ends removed and peeled (optional) 1 c frozen berries 1/2 frozen banana 2T chia seeds 1/2 c whole milk 1 scoop vanilla protein powder 4 ice cubes Directions: 1. Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth!
